- Please allow 2-3 business days to processing shipping. All orders will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.
- Please ensure that your address is correct in the address line before submitting your purchase order. We are not responsible for packages that get lost due to submission of wrong address information from you as a customer.
- We are not responsible for any damaged products due to carrier handling while shipping. I package with care and caution to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, please contact via email: sales@theregalbeard.com with a photo and the order number so that I can determine if you are eligible for a replacement product.
- We are not responsible for USPS delays or lost packages once your package has been handed off to carrier for shipping. Once USPS has possession of the package, it is their responsibility to carry your package appropriately to you. Please file a claim with USPS prior to emailing me about your order.
